Great day exploring the north side of the Paleo glacier, snow was highly variable, from boot deep powder to edgable wind crusts. Many small slides were observed. Most dry loose point releases on steep features, S toE aspects, size 1. We only saw one crowned previous slide (see photo) likely crown depth of about 50cm, NE aspect, size 2. Also a windslab triggered by cornice fall, E facing. We stayed away from one steeper alpine line, trust when your hackles start standing up!
