Just a reminder of Spring cornice failures. Failure occurred within the last 2 days on the route to Quartz in Sunshine backcountry.

Snow conditions were: Powder, Wind affected. Weather conditions were: Sunny. We rode: Alpine slopes. Riding quality was ok.
