Approached Kendall Trees via the Commonwealth luge track. Conservatively 5-10cm of cold, unconsolidated above a supportable crust. Lower trees has pretty widespread evidence of recent tree bombing (yesterday?). The upper trees, less so, but still apparent. Peeking out from treeline, to the ATL terrain showed wind lips near rocks and wind effect on snow surfaces above. Did not venture higher than 4900’. One small shooting crack in the trees on a small convexity. I passed someone who said they triggered something in upper Kendall, but I did not observe any debris.
