Several humans triggered storm slabs within the ~10” of dense new snow.
Avalanche
Observed several D1-D1.5 storm slabs including one snowshoer triggered storm slab on a SW aspect at 4600’. 150’ wide with avg crown depth 8 inches (up to 18inches deep). One set of tracks in and out but looked like they got carried ~30ft down the slope. We did not see it happen but it looked to occur around mid day today.
