Quick report
Dug pit at 8400' east aspect. HS 175cm. Did not extend pit to full depth but dug down to about 1m. ECTN25 at 50cm. Failed on firm surface and able to pull remainder of block fairly easily after test. Snow was soft and not wind affected. Upper 25 cm unconsolidated. Solar aspects were taking heat by mid afternoon. Skied slope angles less than 32 degrees on east aspects.
