Quick report
Crystal is skiing great. ~12” of fresh on top of soft snow on N aspects, more like 4-6” at the road. Snowed heavily mid morning-early afternoon when we left. Experienced some sloughing but it wasn’t running particularly far. Expected some movement in the new snow but was surprised to see such prominent natural crowns, no issues managing these in crystal but anticipate they would be problematic in more exposed locations and when forming wind slabs.

Observed several natural releases in the new snow interface and moderate sloughing on N aspects around 6000’.
