Light south winds turning moderate on ridgelines. Low clouds moving fast under a broken sky. Periods of alternating sun and light rain starting around 12:30pm. Mild temps, high 30's, low 40's.
Snowpack
Many old rollerballs and point releases where steep continuous snow exists suggest a wet and warm but thin snowpack. Observed evidence was shallow and did not entrain snow. No active natural signs of instability observed. Kicked off rollerballs, some large, on ski descents. Consolidated and supportable snow skied like a spring snowpack.
