Quick report

No surprise that the main instability of the day was wet activity. Got to No Name Bowl around 11:30, 9400ft NE facing. The E facing in the bowl had already gone off, I skied a more NE facing shot in the middle of the bowl and was still a bit late, got some roller balls moving on my first run. Pics, wet snow activity coming from my tracks on the first run, wet activity in No Name on the more E facing aspect.

Also noted wet activity in South Monitor, West Monitor, roll over in the Meadow Chutes below the Football Field, and finally the SE facing dividing the Catchers Mitt and the High Pockets, pics in that order.

Maybe the sun dog will bring us more snow.

Snowpack

Snow surface consisted of a supportable melt freeze crust on the South end of the compass, which by the time I exited at 2:00pm skied like pseudo corn, and was still supportable. The NE,E,and W was getting damp 9400ft and below by noon. Still some soft settled dense powder if you got there soon enough.
