Quick report
I was a winter backpacking class with UAS, and we dug a pit and this is what we found. The pit was dug NE aspect with 12° incline . We found near-surface facets below a 2 cm of wind pack. Another thing we saw was the 3/6 melt freeze crust. We did ECT test with the results being ECTX. One other thing to note was we saw evidence of some wet loose sides on west facing aspects.
