We experienced multiple large collapses and whoomphs while breaking trail today. This slide was triggered remotely from several hundred feet during our second lap of the day. I gave the slope several big jumps before diving in and immediately felt the entire slope collapse, causing this pocket to pull out along a rocky convexity. Given what I saw today, it's clear the current snowpack wants to move. Winds remained calm, heavy snowfall beginning at ~1400.
