Went all the way to the upper ridgeline. Didn’t see any natural but clouds were broken early. Winds were gusting hard up high and early in the day were hard at the mid face but calmed as the day progressed. Dug a pit at 9200ft. HS 105. About 70cm of storm snow. Had a ECTN17 within the storm snow about 30cm down and then nothing. Was able to pull out the slab of the new / old interface but it took quite a bit of force. Some localized collapsing but no cracking or propagation. Exited in the afternoon and snow below 7k was getting quite manky.
