Came across an avalanche just north of the Yellow Jacket Trees while on the skin track. A short while later ran into another group and after having exchanged stories, learned that while on the way up they had caused numerous long shooting cracks. Since they had not seen the avalanche, and there was noone else around, I believe those shooting cracks resulted in a sizable remotely triggered slide below them just out of their view.
