excellent quality new storm snow, but the wind is blowing it all around. i'd imagine south facing trees would be best. open faces, not so much. oh well, a bad day in the mountains is better than a good day in the valley.

totally unpredictable. one turn could be knee deep super light fluff, then next ice, the next crust.
