Quick report
New snow plus high swirling winds means we have lots of wind loading. I would be especially mindful around cross loading gulleys with the changing wind directions. We are not out of the woods for our persistent weak layer, so keep an eye out for shallow spots where you can affect this layer, or where wind slab could step down (N Gun Creek is a prime candidate for this poor setup)

The backend of the storm produced some light snow today as winds continued to pick up throughout the day and are expected to pick up over the next couple of days.

Several small wind-loaded gulleys breaking at lower elevations could be seen from the road. At least one broke at the ground, meaning it triggered the persistent weak layer.
