- <p>Dug a pit on a representative slope just off the silver fork trial road. Column test failed at #4 from the shoulder. While isolating the ECT the whole block failed as I cut throughout the hard layer that separated the ground facets from the rest of the snowpack. The slope measured at 33degrees, aspect was 320 and elevation was about 8600ft. I didn't have my ruler so I have no measurement data.</p> <p>Wasn't going to repot this but with all the other activity today, I figured I'd add it to the pile.</p>
