Quick report
Widespread surface faceting and surface hoar observed throughout the Castle Peak and Frog Lake zones. 10mm and larger surface hoar on nearly all northerly terrain with open skies above- especially open mid slopes. If not destroyed before the next storm this could be a problematic layer.

Few-clear skies today, warm with calm wind. Recent winds not observed in this area, no blowing snow observed on 2/22-24.
