Snowpack

Great powder conditions. The storm snow felt somewhat settled out. Still, trail breaking in the open was knee deep.

On a SE aspect at 5,800ft we found an HS of 265cm. Tilt tests were unreactive, Compression Test Mod, SP down 105cm on small grained rounded facets above a thin sun crust from 2/24. PST 35/105 (End) here. ECTX, but a 'Deep ECT' did propagate with hard force.

The Early February Crust was generally down about 100cm-115cm. We found small faceted grains above the EFC on W-N-E aspects above ~5,600ft, which is a deep, weak structure.
