Quick report
Travel was good and sled penetration was around boot top. The snow surface was soft powder on shaded aspects but had developed a crust about 1-1.5” thick on solar aspects. Winds gusted strong and moved a little snow that was available into E-NE aspects. We observed a deep persistent slab problem that was likely the cause of the 3 avalanches we observed.
We saw some small D1 wet loose avalanches that started near rocks on South and West aspects from Friday. Hard to say how recent but within the last few days we also were unable to see the bottom of the slidepaths if they may have been human-triggered or naturalWeather

Clouds and winds were increasing through the day. Gusty winds out of the southwest were reaching speeds around 30mph

Observed what seemed natural on this East aspect just South of Boulder Lake that looked to be 2-3’ deep. Could not see the bottom to see if there were tracks or not
