On non-north facing slopes, minor cracking and signs of substantial wind transport, a 2 cm crust formed by 4PM in areas exposed to the sun. Large cracks and loud whumpfing on NW slopes >30 degrees with ample north facing avalanche activity as many other observations detailed. The whumpfing settled the snow about 10 cm and came from deep within the snowpack, consistent with ECTs posted with the problem layer around 80 cm.
