Quick report
Lots of very saturated snow. By 10 am boot pen was 2'+ @ 6000' on all aspects we traveled on. In our pits we observed the snowpack down to the 2/7 crust @ 120cm on an east aspect. Observed was lots of liquid water penetrating deep down to the 2/7 crust. The 40cm of new snow was quite dense @ 1F till we reached the 3/4 crust which was very saturated with water. Under that were saturated rounded grains with little cohesion mixed with other saturated crusts. CTM BRK 40 cm down & ECTP BRK 40 cm Down
