The view to the north from Allen Peak. South and west aspects are pretty brown from about 7500ft and below.
Snowpack
Surface snow at high elevations was wind affected, faceted loose, or crusted. Not much different than a couple days ago. I'll simply add that I'm not optimistic new snow bonds well to the current snow surface, but I'd be happy to be surprised.
