Huge break witnessed at about 8500 feet. We did not get anywhere near the runout of Jefferson Park glacier. Went partially up the climbing trail from Jefferson Park towards the Whitewater Glacier. Turned around at 7800 returning to Jefferson Park. Hiking out after returning to camp due to rain and thawing of the snow pack. Post holed thigh deep for close to 4 miles from Jefferson Park to Sentinal Hill.
