Walking up to the edge of the ridge the fresh cornice broke at the tips of my skis and the weight of the falling cornice triggered a small soft slab of wind drifted snow. It didn't run more than 100 feet. Though notably propagated beyond the broken cornice with shooting cracks beyond what slid. Winds were transporting snow all day from the west.
