Quick report
Steady, moderate snow Wednesday from just after sunrise to sunset but then strong wind return and shut off the snow until around 3 a.m. when it started back and was much denser. Total was 11½" with water 0.74" and the early morning wind today has done significant snow transport. The wind also brought in warm weather with the high today (and yesterday as well) of 25F and the current 24. The break from the wind was delightful but it was nasty last night with gusts to the mid 20 mph though it has let up now and is light with occasional gusting. No visibility at all (really, i think i live in Kansas and believed people who said there were mountains here- oh, so naive). billy
