Quick report
Standing near the bottom of gully 2 there was a firm layer around 30cm down from the surface. Snow above the firm layer was not cohesive and broke apart on a hand shear test, no signs of propagation or cracking jumping on a small test slope. Total snow depth in this areas was around a full probe length 230cm. We decided to leave this area and ended up skiing the far lookers right side of the sandbox. Some reactive slabs were observed while traversing on the flat ridge-line above the sandbox but no smooth concerning deposits of windslab were observed on the decent, most of the line had light wind texture from scouring rather than wind loaded snow.
Avalanche
Recent avalanche debris can be seen about half way up Gully #2
