Quick report

We found 3-4" of soft snow above firm to breakable slippery wind crusts, and soft facets. In very steep terrain, we were able to trigger very small dry loose slides; these did not run far. On similarly steep slopes on many different aspects, we saw natural sluffs that likely happened during the storm. All of these slides were small in size and wouldn't be large enough to bury a person. Looking afar into the Valley of Sin, 4068, and Frostbite Bottom, we could see some wind-affect, although it was difficult to tell if this was recent or just new snow settling on the previously rippled snow surface—it was likely the latter.
