Snowpack

The general structure in this part of the zone closely resembles what we've been seeing elsewhere. Snow depths were slightly less than the Salmon River Mtns. No PWLs observed in our pits. No propagation in extended column tests. Several layers of graupel within the upper 30-50 cm (1-1.5 ft.). 01/03 rain crust was evident above 8,000 feet. No persistent grains adjacent to 01/03 crust.
