10-15cm of remaining new snow is melting quickly. Variable snow amounts on glaciers, averaging 50-120cm and becoming isothermal by 10am. The bergschrund crossings on the Silverhorn were straightforward.
The snow school practice venue at Parker's Ridge had 30 people and less than normal snow amounts.
