This avalanche was reported to Jonathan Morgan of the Alta Avalanche Office around 5:00 pm. It looks to be a wet loose avalanche that came off the upper elevations of Mt Baldy. Jonathan reported that the debris pile was 4-6' deep and could have buried a person. He did perform a transceiver search of the debris.
