Quick report

We spied lots of wet loose coming down south aspects across the drainage, and I could just see the toe of debris of what looked to be a large wet slide down into the Marion side that looked to have slid today. We could also see an old large crown across the valley in rocky terrain. Polar aspects up high still held dry powder as of early afternoon. Below 5500’ we found a couple cm’s on a friable crust, except in the open sunny patches where the sun was warming that crust into a nice spring slush.

Weather

Sunshine, sunshine, sunshiiiiine. Not a wisp of breeze.
