Quick report

Toured up Fresno. Morning skin was in light snow fall with foggy overhead clouds. Snow pack did not receive good overnight recovery and were isothermal to 1700 feet. Skied east and south aspects with 4 cm of no snow on top of a defined melt freeze crust. Test pit at 4100 ft had an ECTX. Rollerballs began on third lap before descent to car. Several point releases R1/D1 noted in the vicinity by early afternoon.

D2/R2 avalanche noted on the NE aspect of Fresno NE bowl. Looked most likely initiated from a cornice during the last storm with a 300 feet long crown of about a foot and ran about 500 vertical feet.
