Traveled from 7400 ft. - 10,600 ft., all aspects. Surface hoar growing on the various crusts but spotty. No alarming results in pit tests. Still thin in the western Uintas with lots of spacial variability. Overall, a supportable and mostly stable snow pack at the moment.
Surface hoar growing in valley bottoms and up high.
Wet slide on a steep SW facing slope. Starting zone around 9500 ft and running 500 ft. or so.
Thin coverage in Western Uinta's, especially in the alpine terrain.
Snowpack
Crusts, varying in thickness, on most aspects and elevations traveled.
