-
Given the recent storms and avalanche observations my partner and I decided to take a walk over to Mt Wolverine bowl to dig a pit and see what we'd find. Being upper elevation (10600') and NE facing we expected to see the PWL. Pit details:

Wind loaded

95 cm depth HS

PWL at ground (decomposing facets)

PWL at 40 cm

CT22 planar collapse @ 40 cm PWL

In isolated areas, was non-reactive to us but we stuck to low angle terrain.
