- <p>5 to 6 inches of new snow, the first 4 with a thin crust on top. Continued wind loading on existing drifts. With three taps from the elbow the top 5 to 6 inches gave way.</p>
Winds stayed high, new trees down on the road and a couple of mature live trees uprooted.
