Quick report
Drove through Crawford Notch and observed several wet slab avalanches from the January 10th storm. These were on west, southwest aspects between 1900 and 3000 feet of elevation. They ranged in size from D1 R3 to D1.5 R1 on slope angles between 38 and 48 degrees. Rain runnels were prevelent throughout the snowcovered terrain.
