- <p>Recent storm system earlier this week dumped 1-2+' of new snow across the range. The new storm layer sits on a firm suncrust on W to SE aspects at mid to high elevations. Recent winds have been moving snow on open slopes increasing the risk of wind slabs. Observed minor localized collapsing on loaded slopes. </p>
