Quick report
Went for a walk up Silver mountain. Able to approach via the PCT. Foggy/misting all day. Light winds, no visible snow transport. Due to solar exposure/warm winds, the S facing meadow @5k harbored 20-30cms of water saturated shmoo. Dug a pit in protected N facing terrain at 4850ft. HS 55cm, punchy skiing. ECT yielded no prop. Water visibly pooling above a melt freeze crust 37cms up.
