Quick report

We observed wet loose debris from the last 24 hours. This debris was superficial, did not entrain snow and was most prominent on NW aspects, maybe reflecting yesterday's afternoon warmup. The snow surface warmed as the day went on but we did not see new natural wet loose point releases or debris midday. Our downhill and uphill travel followed a cautious route. Southern slopes were much warmer but there was only a couple inches of snow above a stout crust. This surface snow was crusty in the morning but warmed to corn skiing in the afternoon. Roller balls and debris kicked off by our downhill tracks stayed small but we were off the mountain by 2pm.
