Dug a pit on Zorro on a North/East aspect. Snow pack depth variable between 60cm to 85cm. 2 pits showed similar results of 1. Pit CTM16 sudden planar to ground 60cm 2. Pit CTM 10 sudden planar to ground 85cm. We stayed away from open North/East aspect
