No signs of instability. Weather and observations consistent with forecasts. Temp at 3 pm in Austin’s pass (4600 ft) was .6 degrees Celsius. Did CT and ECT test with no results. We saw fresh snow less than 1/2 inch on Austin’s pass. Fresh but wet.
