Leaving the car you could see that there was some wind transport on the slopes. The new snow on top of the hard crust was extremely variable in depth. It varied from a hard ice crust to over a foot of snow where winds had deposited snow primarily in the trees or leeward areas. Even though you could see that there was some wind transport, all elevations of snow were soft on top of the crust with no observed wind slab formation. A couple hand tests on the old crust/new snowinteface provided no cohesive slab. The attached picture shows current light wind transport at the top of the ridge (approximately 3000' elevation). Each lap down skiing consisted of more than half the run with "dust on crust" but the snow was very playful and worth being out.
