Came to evaluate the area in prep for training later this week. Conducted snowpack test. 1105h, sunny, no wind, 32* temp. Snow depth was 140cm. N Aspect, 30 degree slope. CT17 SC at 30cm. Cracking observed when traversing 26* n slope at same elevation in same general area.
