Hideous breaker crust on all aspects except pure north facing up to 9000’. Observed hollow wind slabs between 8000’-9000’. Cloud cover kept the snow from warming up today in the Southern Mission range up to 6500’. 2-6” of surprise snow fell today. Not enough to cover up the punchy breaker crusts. Walked in approach shoes up to 6800’. Sections of icy rock booting above this. Recommend sharps.

Saw wet loose avalanches from yesterday. Did not warm up enough today for more wet loose.
