Just submitting a couple photos of a big avalanche in Mineral Fork (Big Cottonwood) at the head of the drainage in the Room of Doom. The photo is from quite a distance, but there is a large crown visible. I didn't attempt any estimates of size, depth, etc., but you can see it was very large. There was a lot of debris off of Santiago Ridge, soft slabs or big sluffs that ran far and wide. They all appeared to have about 10-12" of new snow on top of the debris and the debris in the Room of Doom looked similar (from a distance). Based on the snowfall observations the past few days, it would seem all these slides were part of natural cycle late Wednesday or sometime on Thursday.

Saw this large crown in Room of Doom this morning which appears to have run wall-to-wall. The crown was apparent from a distance, so likely very deep. This slope has already avalanched a few times this year, so a repeater slope that probably ran on some faceted layer given the depth.
