We booted up a ridge to about 5800 ft on the valley that ascends to the minya glacier zone. Skier 1 dropped in, making several turns down and slope shattered. Skier 1 was able to escape the slide to the right, slide was 6” deep and 200 ft wide. Skier 2 skied the bed surface without incident. Skier 3 skied in and on the third turn triggered the hang fire, which then stepped down another 6”. Skier 3 was caught and carried to the toe of the debris and was I injured. The slide is now 12” deep and 250-300 ft wide.
