Quick report
Another day rambling around the Summit. Sunny skies and fast groomers were the rule. Snoqualmie Nordic gets better every day. Windy Acres was partially scoured and partially facets-beneath-a-skiff-of-new-snow. Rockdale and nearby was a facet-factory -- not only is there prolific surface-hoar, but sub-surface crusts are breaking down, too. Some solar slopes warmed enough to become slightly moist in late afternoon.
