As soon as the sun hit the snow, it warmed rapidly. East/south facing slopes became wet and sticky very quickly. Rode north/northeast facing slopes, experienced a decent amount of dry snow sluffs.
Snowpack

- <p>Around 10 AM, observed a small wet snow avalanche. There was a group touring up the ridge above it who may have set it off just before we observed it, or it may have been from a previous day. Hard to see in the picture but it ran from the ridge.</p>
