I found what appeared to be “rimed” surface hoar in localized sheltered areas at mid-elevations.
Also found this interesting surface texture on an old ski track turn. Don’t think I’ve seen something like this before.
Thick inversion along the Wasatch Front and in the Ogden Valley.
Snowpack
South and Southeast slopes below about 7800’ were either damp or sun-crusted.
