Quick report

Hunting for wind-protected areas is the key to finding good snow as well as avoiding the wind slabs created by the last storm snow+wind event.  Keep an eye out for scoured faces and where all that snow went to ID wind-loaded spots.

Mostly wind-swept snow with some carvable crusts.

Higher elevations by the saddle wind slab crowns on North Aspects. Kept an eye out wind loaded slopes, most wind slabs were very thick and our weight could not be affected. The natural avalanches occurred primarily in thinner wind slab spots
