Quick report
The snowpack was almost entirely faceted at all the elevations (6600-9000 ft) and on all aspects we traveled on (mostly northeast though south). The snowpack at lower elevations was 1.5-2ft deep, at upper elevations it was 2-3 ft deep. When I stepped out of my skis at 9000 ft I sank all the way to the ground. I could push my ski pole to the ground everywhere I tried. There was a crust at the ground in places and several thin crusts in the upper snowpack, but they weren't dramatic.
At this point the slab has entirely faceted away, so slab avalanche concerns are very minimal. Facet sluffs (loose dry avalanches) are the chief concern, but are only an issue in the steepest terrain and will break at your feet and not entrain too much snow.
